Miguel Guerrero Fuentealba
Corporate and Tax attorney graduated from University of Chile with over 12 years of experience. He then received his master at University Adolfo Ibáñez and postgraduate in Tax Legislation in USACH. He specializes in tax-corporate law and has lead successfully important legal projects for the mining, the technology and the engineering-construction industry.
Before joining our law firm, he worked as head Legal Manager of Ingram Micro (Fortune 500 company), at Harris Gomez Group (law firm based in Sydney, Santiago and Bogotá) leading the tax and corporate department, and at Deloitte, in the International Tax and Labor & Person Taxation areas.
Author of several articles for Mondaq and Bloomberg, he has been spokesman at seminars for companies and individuals.

Currently, he is the Legal Director of the “Comunidad Networking” Foundation, which has a network of over 14,000 professionals.
